In light of current circumstances, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, LOOP Art Fair in Barcelona presents its 2020 hybrid edition, with BERG Contemporary presenting works by video artist Sigurður Guðjónsson.
The fair will remain its physical format with the presentation of LOOP Salon, which brings together a selection of works from the fair at the Museu d’Història de Catalunya from November 17th–19th. Curated by the fair’s director Aurélien Le Genissel, the exhibition titled Tales from an Old World reflects on the meaning of approaching narratives and images that today seem taken from another time, the one before the pandemic. Sigurður Guðjónsson’s work Enigma (2019), will be featured within the exhibition.
In addition to the exhibition, the fair will also consist of an online viewing platform on their website, open between November 17th–26th.
For further information, visit the fair’s website or send us a line at gallery@bergcontemporary.is
