Sigurður Guðjónsson is one of the artists participating in Sequences Real-Time Art Festival, which takes place 10-20 October. The main goal of the festival is to be a platform for time-based media within the visual arts scene in Iceland.
Opening on October 10th at Kling&Bang in Reykjavík, Field is a new immersive installation by Guðjónsson, where material, sound, and light converge in a slow, meditative choreography. At the core of the work is an exploration of glass—not as a transparent or decorative object, but as a medium abstracted beyond recognition.
The festival is curated by Daría Sól Andrews.
